Key Result Areas :

To achieve assigned individual targets for TR and TC
2006 TR and prior customers acquired optimization
TR - Seeding database build and meetings to build relationships with key decision makers
To monitor individual area MRE activity and make necessary course correction
Espada database mining and call updating on a timely basis
Maintain required level of call average as per the parameters defined
To implement initiatives like Ticket News Line and other marketing/sales tools as decided from time to time
Feedback to be escalated on competition activity, visibility and initiatives

Skills / Competencies Required :

Fluency in English amp&; local languages, ability to create good Customer Relationship, basic knowledge in Computer Operating, Good inter-personal skills, Planning and execution capabilities
