Position : Business Development Manager

• Signing up the Customers (patients)
• Meeting the potential customers (patients) interacting with them and convincing them about our program.
• Regularly visiting assigned hospitals/consultants offices and handling the sales promotion as per the planned and laid down procedures.
• Regularly interaction with all Managers/Executives in the hospitals and medical institutions of the allocated area who will help me in identifying potential customers for our programs.
• Ensuring efficient and high quality services and customers satisfaction.
• Ensuring review and feedback of Plus at Home generated medical reports by the participating doctor(s) for their enrolled patients.
• Coordinating inter-departmental activities by ensuring proper communication with the operational team.
• Responsible for Business development activities for clinical trials amp&; clinical Laboratory for domestic amp&; International markets.
• Responsible for coordinating with various departments of clinical development for finalization of services aggrement.
• Negotiate the budget with the sponsors & liasion until award of the project.
• Involved in discussions with sponsor with regard to various activities involved in the project.
